We recently experienced a disruption impacting AssureSign verbal services. It has been determined that this disruption occurred when host virtual machines failed while applying the latest 3rd party firewall firmware updates to our network perimeter. These virtual machines were intended to maintain AssureSign verbal services during the firewall update process. To accelerate resolution of this disruption, we expedited the migration of the AssureSign verbal services to redundant and high-availability infrastructure. This updated infrastructure is designed to significantly reduce any likelihood of such future disruption of these services.
