Maintenance window and IP address change for sb.assuresign.net

For users of our Sandbox environment (sb.assuresign.net), the IP address will be changing during a maintenance window on Sunday, December 13, 2015 from 3am - 6am EDT. This change reflects the relocation of our sandbox environment from an on-premise data-center to Microsoft Azure.

After the maintenance window on 12/13/2015, the new IP address for sb.assuresign.net will be 137.116.70.238.

The sandbox environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window of 3am - 6am EDT on 12/13/2015. Once maintenance is completed, the application will be available again using the new IP address.

While this change should be transparent to most users and should not impact most signers or client applications, we recommend that all sandbox clients verify any firewall rules to ensure that the new IP address is allowed/trusted. This will likely be particularly important for any clients using DocumentTRAK notifications to push data or documents out of the AssureSign sandbox environment.
