AssureSign services are hosted in geographically distributed Microsoft Azure data centers, and our electronic signature processes and IVR (telephone) applications should be unaffacted by hurricane Irma.
However, AssureSign does maintain offices in Atlanta and Florida, and it is possible that our support request responses may be delayed beginning on Saturday. We are hunkering down, and have put our well-tested disaster plans regarding staffing into motion.
